Policies - Things you should know
At Pixie Soap, we feel the more you know up front, the easier it is to feel comfortable about your shopping experience. Our customers satisfaction is always our priority. Handmade soaps are not the only thing we excel in!
How to order
International orders - Please email items requested, along with mailing address, and invoice will be sent directly via Paypal. We will be working on an easier method, but cart is not configured for international shipping.
Pixie Soap is a cottage industry. We do not have a brick and mortar store to shop at. We will gladly offer delivery through family and friends, and even coordinate local delivery if possible, send an e-mail request.
All orders can be made through our secure shopping cart. We will also take credit card orders over the phone if you prefer.
Payment Options
Accepting credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express).
Paypal
Cash (local), Checks and money orders accepted. Payment is due in full before we can process and ship the order out.
Sales Tax
Pixie Soap is required to collect Sales Tax on all orders shipped to Massachusetts addresses.
Shipping Policy
All orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, pending payment. Shipping Monday through Friday via USPS.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product please be aware that all sales are final and not subject to return.
If item is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately so we may file an insurance claim with the carrier. Any other details needed will be emailed directly.
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us so we may address your concerns. We stand by our product and our customers. Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.
Privacy Policy
Pixie Soap is highly against spam and we respect your privacy. The information we collect from you is what we need to process your order. We will never sell or share customer information with other parties. Your privacy and trust is important to us!

Whenever trying new products it is always recommended to spot test prior to use. All ingredients are listed for your convenience, so please check for any you may be allergic to. By purchasing products from Pixie Soap, you agree to have read ingredients and know the correct usage of the products. Pixie Soap will not be held liable for any allergic reactions, incidents caused by incorrect use of products, or accidents caused by items that contain oils that may make surfaces slippery.
All our products are made with top quality natural ingredients. Though some may have fantastic results and cures, we do not make any health claims in regards to our products.
